Overview
The Recruiting Operations Manager is a critical role responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role will lead a team of recruiting coordinators and manage the operational aspects of coordination to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The candidate experience program will be driven as a key part of the Recruiting Operations team to enable the recruiting team to be successful. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about leading a dynamic team and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators.
- Manage load balancing across the team, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Ensure team adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Coordination Process Management
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of interviews, including phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site interviews.Oversee candidate communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.Establish and maintain documentation for recruiting coordination processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Work with the team to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the recruitment systems as related to coordination responsibilities.Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Candidate Experience
Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Gather and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement.Implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth hand-off of candidates through the hiring process.Program Management
Lead cross-functional projects related to recruiting operations.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for recruiting coordination programs, ensuring alignment with overall recruitment goals.Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.Conduct post-program analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.Reporting and Analytics
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends related to Recruiting Coordination.Provide regular updates to the recruiting team related to Coordination.Identify and recommend solutions to address recruitment challenges related to Coordination and candidate experience.Additional Areas
Assist with onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Own and maintain a strong relationship with the scheduling tool.Stay up to date on new features and communicate those to the team.Provide regular feedback to ensure the tool is used to its fullest potential and meets the needs of the team.Qualifications
7+ years of experience in recruitment coordination organization.4+ years experience leading and developing a high performing team.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Experience identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and executing to improve processes.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Nice to haves

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and other factors. Employees in eligible roles are granted equity-based compensation, subject to Board approval. The recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process and confirm eligibility for equity.
