What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or situations. Maintain awareness of surroundings and provide visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents. Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific protocols. Document and communicate incidents, observations, and / or concerns to Allied Universal management and client representatives as appropriate. Minimum Requirements : Vaccinations required for hospital environment. Ability to work in or around hospital morgue areas. Ability to safely restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
