• Pay : $70,000 to $85,000 per year
• Hours : Monday through Thursday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Friday 8 am to 4 pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and process all paperwork, including account opening, transfer of assets, and account changes

Serve as contact between SWMG, clients, custodians, and third-party providers

Answer phones

Enroll, trade, and reallocate investment accounts as recommended

Prepare and request new insurance quotes

Assist advisors as needed

Assist in event scheduling and preparation
