Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist, US Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Process regular and off-cycle US payroll, ensuring timely payment to employees

Ensure compliance of payroll transactions with internal policies and government regulations

Collaborate with other departments on payroll-related projects and provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

University degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent professional payroll training / coursework

2+ years of payroll processing experience

Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across various jurisdictions

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to payroll

Experience in auditing payroll records and reports for accuracy and compliance
