Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating our mission and values, to the public through preventative maintenance of both leased and owned properties as well as maintaining property and performing renovations as needed.
The Maintenance Technician enhances the reputation of AHF by utilizing prior experience and supervisory skills to ensure that all applicable maintenance and renovation work is completed successfully and in a timely manner. This role requires very good communication and interpersonal skills, team management and mastering the ability to detect any malfunctions and conduct repairs at AHF locations. Compliance with industry standards and safety conditions is paramount.

The Maintenance Technician will work as a part of a close-knit team to the Healthy Housing Foundations' Regional Property Operations Manager as well as other managers at AHF sites on functionality of machinery and equipment.
