Candidates will be disqualified if the following criteria are not met :

• Employment Type : No C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or C2H (Contract-to-Hire) arrangements. W2 contract only. No referral fees will be entertained.
• Work Authorization : Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Local in Topeka, KS or 1 hour drive to Topeka
• Responsibilities includes gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops, supporting the development of project documentation (e.g., business cases, use cases, process flows, and test plans), and assisting with change management and solution validation efforts.

The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops, supporting the development of project documentation (e.g., business cases, use cases, process flows, and test plans), and assisting with change management and solution validation efforts. The BA will play a key role in ensuring project success through effective communication, detailed analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Software Used : Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
