As a Senior Risk Management Leader supporting EPX, you will work alongside colleagues in product, technology, and various risk teams to create solutions that enhance both internal and external customer experiences. You will play a significant role in implementing risk solutions that ensure Capital One's ongoing stability and success. Responsibilities include collaborating with a wide array of leaders and stakeholders to pinpoint existing and potential risks in a supportive environment that fosters new ideas and solutions.
In this position, you will utilize your technical expertise to assess our digital products and effectively manage associated risks. Your knowledge of risk methodologies and ability to cultivate relationships with business, tech, and risk stakeholders is essential. A customer-focused mindset is also crucial. Leaders in risk management at Capital One are highly motivated, bringing exceptional organizational, technical, leadership, and communication skills. You will enjoy significant exposure across business lines and the chance to engage with Executives in developing and implementing innovative strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Note : This role is not eligible for employment authorization sponsorship. The minimum and maximum salary ranges for this position are as follows : Richmond, VA : $175,500 - $200,300; New York, NY : $210,500 - $240,300; McLean, VA : $193,000 - $220,300. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.
