Assistant Director For Intake

Valley Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Director for Intake to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Assistant Director of Intake provides direction for the Intake Admissions Department in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Intake and Admissions.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Responsible for the clinical leadership and coordination of patient flow and staff productivity in the Intake and Admissions department.
• Promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff.
• Organize, manage and coordinate nursing services and assure quality.

Location : 3550 East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ

Schedule : This is a full-time position working Monday Friday with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
