Job descriptionIdentify and leverage new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven business practices and innovation. Co-manage studio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-sharing initiatives. Optimize resource allocation and monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health. Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement long-term growth strategies. Participate in performance evaluations and strategic planning sessions to drive success. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving. Minimum $100,000 available for investment in the business. Proven experience managing or operating a business, preferably in a franchise or high-growth environment. Strong ability to drive operational improvements and scale business operations effectively. Full-time, hands-on involvement in studio operations and strategic initiatives. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and profitability. Strong financial literacy with the ability to execute profit-sharing models effectively. Balance strategic long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Profit Sharing & Ownership – Earnings are directly tied to the studio's success, with profit-sharing proportional to ownership stake. In addition to profit-sharing, a competitive salary will be provided, ensuring both short-term and long-term financial rewards.

As a Franchise Business Partner & Co-Owner , you will be a core leader responsible for accelerating studio growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring overall business success. This role extends beyond financial investmentwe are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for scaling businesses and a proven track record of high-performance execution.
