Key Responsibilities
Onboard podcasters and publishers, guiding them through setup and launch planning
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues
Create and improve support resources to help partners self-serve at scale
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in customer success, account management, or related fields
A genuine customer-first mindset with a focus on partner support
Comfort with common productivity tools (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, etc.)
Interest in using A.I. tools for scaling business operations
Experience with subscription or membership businesses is a plus
