Accounts Payable Specialist
A fast-growing and exciting revolutionary company located in Everett, WA is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist who has Tipalti experience. This position will handle around 1,500+ invoices processed monthly. This position will be 100% onsite in Everett, WA, and will require local candidates who can do the commute. Applicants must be located in WA for consideration, as this opportunity is 100% onsite in Everett, WA.
Pay : $27 / hr. - $32 / hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, industry, etc.) Location : Everett, WA (100% Onsite) Schedule
Standard Morning Shift Monday - Friday (40 Hours a Week) Contract Duration

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices. Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. Manage the accounts payable inbox with other accounts payable team members. Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external accounts payable inquiries. Maintain timely and courteous communication with external and internal vendors / departments. Drive efficiencies and improvements for accounts payable processes in accordance with SOX compliance requirements. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports. Investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices. Perform other duties assigned to support the accounting department.
Qualification Requirements
Must have Tapalti and / or Ramp (Credit Card Processing) experience and listed on resume. 2-3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience handling high-volume invoice processing (1,500+ invoices per month desired). Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related area preferred. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. Proactive in anticipating issues and able to think outside the box to resolve issues promptly. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Word. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required. Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed based on workflow, deadlines, and / or special projects.
