A company is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients, addressing insurance-related inquiries via phone and web
Assist customers with problem resolution and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
Process policies and related documents while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and client information
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
