The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and asset reliability activities at the facility. This includes leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and support for production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving performance and reliability.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for…

• Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, training, and incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using digital tools and systems.
• Lead maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage cost controls.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to site and corporate leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements and capital projects to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
