Impact Evaluator

A company is looking for an Impact Evaluator to design and implement systemic impact evaluation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine the organization's evaluation framework using qualitative and quantitative methods

Assess the counterfactual impact of each grant by testing the theory of change against real-world outcomes

Engage with grantees to gather comprehensive feedback through interviews and surveys

Required Qualifications

Experience in impact evaluation and data analysis

Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods

Ability to produce compelling reports and dashboards

Strong relationship-building skills with grantees and stakeholders

Experience in strategic collaboration and translating findings into actionable recommendations
