UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking a Resident Services Manager 2 - Remediations to join our team at Eight 80, our exclusive apartment community (1477 homes) located in Newport Beach, CA.

Essential Functions :

• Residents’ initial contact for any leak, flood or water intrusion inquiries
• Schedule restoration services, including initial inspections, mitigation work, insulation installs, build back of drywall and city inspections
• Communicate updates from restoration company and permitting
• Generate Notice to Enter (NTE) for restoration company
• Manage maintenance related text messages i.e. service request updates, potential needs for service requests, etc.
• Complete FLIR (thermal imaging camera) inspections
• Create / edit PO’s and manage invoice approvals
• Update claims tracker
• Manage transfers, renter insurance inquiries and compensation for remediation requests
• Update Make Ready Date (MRD) for units that require remediation
• Handel Pro5 emergency letters
• Serve notices to residents for refusal to complete work
• Provide residents / guests with exceptional customer service, attending to their requests, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary

$28 / hr. – $31 / hr., depends on experience
