We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven Account Executive who can help us expand our retail brand partnerships and fuel Reflex's next stage of growth.

Role Overview
As an Account Executive , you'll own the full sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise retailers. You'll prospect, pitch, and close new accounts — showing retail leaders how Reflex's retail staffing solution solves their biggest labor challenges and improves conversion in stores.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Reflex's Marketplace Ops and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth launches and long-term adoption, while exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships.
