Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Design & implement a best-in-class SIOP process that integrates demand, supply, inventory, and financial perspectives into a single, cohesive plan. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to ensure alignment of business goals with supply chain execution. Harness analytics to leverage 3rd-party market intelligence, forecasting models, and internal data to improve accuracy, agility, and decision-making. Facilitate leadership meetings that drive accountability, alignment, and proactive decision-making across business units. Balance strategy and execution for shaping the long-term process framework while ensuring immediate improvements in visibility, efficiency, and profitability. Continuously improve & embed metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks to ensure SIOP remains a living, evolving capability. Design & implement a best-in-class supply forecasting process to continuously improve supplier performance and business KPIs. Optimize the supply chain of goods and services from our suppliers to our customers by focusing on market driven responsiveness and Aid in material management escalations Internal Stakeholders : Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations, quality, etc.) to understand product portfolios, bundled offerings, and customer behavior.

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Operations or related field OR equivalent work experience 7+ years in Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Demand / Supply Planning, or related roles within manufacturing. Proficiency in data analysis and relevant supply chain planning tools. Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in a matrixed environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
