AI Grantwriting Associate - Apply Team
Instrumentl is growing! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed AI Grantwriting Associate to help us continue our momentum in developing the best AI grantwriting tool on the market. Instrumentl (YC S16) is the best platform for nonprofits and grant writing consultants looking to grow revenue. We help over 4,000 nonprofits to manage their institutional fundraising and win more grants by bringing discovery, tracking, grantwriting and grant management to one place. Our mission is to be a force multiplier on the nonprofit sector's ability to drive impact. We're profitable and doubling year-over-year, with strong product-market fit (NPS is 60+).
What You'll Get To Do :
- Track, analyze and report user trends to the Product team and broader Content Team
- Source funder application data and enter it into our database
- Work with the Apply Product Team to design and implement new procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency standards
- Own exciting side projects that contribute to user experience of the Apply tool
- Triage with users and funders with care and empathy
- Strategize with the Content team to define and execute on annual and quarterly goals
