The salary range for this position is $172,500 - $189,750 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.
Candidates for this position are preferred to be based in Boston, MA and will be expected to comply with their team's hybrid work schedule requirements.

You’ll shape the future of Sales Technology at Wayfair – helping us reimagine project shopping, agent tooling, and customer communications, and collaborating closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Commercial to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that help agents build lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.
