Practice Reporting & Analytics Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Practice Reporting & Analytics manager to join the team of an AM 100 law firm. The Manager should have experience leading an analyst as a team lead or senior analyst that has directed the work of others as there will be a light managerial component to the role. The Manager should have experience running month-end, periodic, or profitability reporting to analyze business unites / practice groups. Must be comfortable creating and presenting results to practice groups, business units, and various departments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with business units to deliver financial results (good or bad) to PGLs and have direct access to the CFO and connections to the C-suite and Managing Partner level. This role will be tasked with assisting in making recommendations on performance improvement and guiding the firm as a whole.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office in one of the following : Dallas, NYC, Philadelphia, or Washington D. C.

$140K to $160K per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits are provided.

• MBA preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Mathematics or similar
• 5-10 years of experience working in AP / Finance at a law firm
• Experience working with PowerBi, Tableau, SQL and MDX reporting capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills
