Google CES Python Developer (ADK GDF Playbooks)

Job Summary :

• Design implement and optimize Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX Agent Development Kit (ADK) and CCAI Insights.
• Engineer conversational user experiences including conversational flow branching error handling and persona using Dialogflow CX.
• Develop and refine Generative Playbooks for virtual agents with prompt engineering and integration of large language models (LLMs).
• Build robust backend services APIs webhooks and supporting scripts in Python for CES applications.
• Integrate CES tools with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior performance and integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable production-ready AI and contact center solutions.
• Leverage experience with agent frameworks like ADK Playbooks and Google Cloud Run.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX CCAI Agent Assist and dialogue flow design tools.
• Perform API integrations (REST gRPC) work with Cloud Functions and manage CI / CD pipelines.
• Follow Agile Scrum practices and processes.
• Work in a hybrid (Atlanta GA) environment authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship required.
• Additional skills : (5 years) AWS (2 years) and experience in the Telco domain is a plus.
