Loan Operations Specialist III

Job Title

Primary Purpose : To service specialized loans that are booked to the ALS system, and to handle loan modifications. Specialized loans include but are not limited to bought participations, sold participations, borrowing base, floor plans, tier commitments, and other complex commercial loans.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities : (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned)

Service all participation loans that are booked on ALS. This includes ensuring payments are posted correctly and sending and receiving notifications to or from the participating bank.

Adding tier keys in the Platform system (P2) for tier commitment loans.

Monitoring floor plan loans to ensure floor plan reports are being completed by the RM.

Tracking certain borrowing base lines of credit.

Reviewing loan modifications for both consumer and commercial loans to ensure the modification is within the scope of General Loan Policy and Loan Procedures.

Updating ALS with index rates on a daily basis.

Job Specification : (Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job)

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of commercial loan documentation

Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)

Close attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Good communication skills.

The ability to work under tight deadlines

The ability to coordinate workflow duties.

Qualifications Education Required High School or better.
