Job descriptionExperience using an applicant tracking system Prior experience in a recruiting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Responsibilities :
- Review resumes and conduct screening of candidates.
- Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with general recruitment related administrative task
- Organizes and hosts virtual recruitment fairs and events
