System Analyst
Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities :
- for delivery of global third-party tool rollouts, projects and enhancements for the go-to-market area.
- best practices and suggests improvements to processes used to assess and support tools.
- with the Sales Enablement team to support training, communication and adoption.
- hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support go-to-market (Sales and Support). Gong and SalesLoft knowledge preferred.
- the applications are supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation, test cases and logical application diagrams.
- solutions, and considers opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools / products.
- closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and vendor teams.
- and document As-Is / To-Be process flows and provide gap analyses of current business processes that need improvement.
Basic Qualifications :

- years’ experience in business analysis
- years' experience using GBO tools like SalesLoft, Gong, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :
- experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Dynamics 365
- written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
- with various software applications, including but not limited to : MS Office, JIRA etc.
- to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast paced work environment
- self-aware team player open to receiving / providing feedback to peers and colleagues

Compensation :
