📍 Stowe, PA | Full-Time | On-Site

Universal Concrete Products (UCP) is a leading manufacturer of custom architectural and structural precast concrete wall panels, proudly serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1967.

We’re seeking a technically skilled Drafting Manager to lead our in-house drafting team. This is a key leadership role requiring deep experience in AutoCAD, and Revit, as well as a strong understanding of constructability, detailing standards, and prefabrication workflows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of drafters producing shop tickets, erection drawings, and coordination sets
• Oversee drafting schedules, allocate workloads, and coordinate with external drafting resources
• Review and approve all drawing outputs to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Provide team training in AutoCAD and Revit, and maintain drafting standards and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and documentation to support project succes
