Job Description : We are seeking a full cycle Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology & financial services, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your network to identify opportunities, build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, developers, architects, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting the industry. Utilize technology and data analytics tools to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
Requirements : 3-7 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong network within the real estate industry, particularly in Florida. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative. Compensation : On-target earnings (OTE) : $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
