Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training strategies and programs for ServiceNow implementation and administration
Create training materials and conduct live and recorded training sessions for stakeholders
Evaluate training effectiveness and manage training program statistics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
Experience creating 20-30 slide decks on ServiceNow modules
Strong federal experience with various agencies
BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
Knowledge of learning theory and instructional design principles
