- YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICENSE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST IN THE STATE OF OREGON
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals.Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members.Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient; Life Skills, Daily Living, Sensory, Special Needs, etc.Feeding experience would be great, but not required.Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered. Work well with other OT's, SLP's and PT's.Must have excellent charting skills and the ability to input information in a timely manner.Job Requirements :
Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Valid OT license in State of Oregon.Additional benefits for full-time employees :
