Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and more.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, have recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Salary Range : $72,000 - $96,000 per year
Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Employment : Responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, and working with management to determine recruitment plans and strategies.
HR is also responsible for arranging interviews, reviewing and screening resumes, providing career advice to candidates, and making hiring decisions.
Employee Benefits and Salary Management : Responsible for managing employee salaries and benefits programs, developing salary policies and procedures, and negotiating with employees to resolve salary issues.
At the same time, HR also manages employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits.
- Performance Management : Responsible for managing employee performance, working with management to develop performance standards and evaluation methods, evaluating and recording employee job performance to determine promotions, bonuses, and salary increases.
- Employee Relations : Responsible for handling employee relations issues, such as resolving disputes between employees, addressing employee complaints and dissatisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment and culture.
- Employee Training and Development : Responsible for providing employees with training and development opportunities to help them improve their skills and knowledge, and thereby enhance their job performance and productivity.
- Administrative Work : Management of office supplies, business cards, office equipment and facilities maintenance, office circuitry, network communication, and external liaison.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related field.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work well in a team.
- Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred.
Work Conditions and Physical Environment :
The physical demands of this job include the ability to sit for extended periods of time, exhibit manual dexterity to operate a telephone and computer, read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids, hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone, speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone, understand and follow oral and written instructions, and have the physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.
