ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my journey with State Farm in 2006, working for an agent before opening my own agency in 2014. Today, I lead a team of seven, where collaboration and a supportive work environment are at the core of what we do.

With a background in Recreation from Pacific Lutheran University, I have always valued community involvement and mentorship. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Mike Ramirez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
