About the Role

We are seeking a Production Associate I (Tip Assembler) to join a leading manufacturing team in East Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have experience working with small, intricate parts, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and reliability.

In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and package precision products that meet high-quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently perform all assigned production tasks following established procedures and work instructions.

Assemble, glue, package, and label small parts and products accurately.

Operate production equipment and perform basic machine operations as needed.

Inspect in-process and finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.

Complete required production and inspection documentation accurately.

Perform rework on products that do not meet specifications.

Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues.

Suggest improvements and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to all safety standards.

Cross-train in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environments preferred.

Prior experience working with small parts, adhesives, or precision assembly is a plus.

Strong attendance and reliability are essential.

Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to safety and job performance.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and handle small components throughout the shift.

Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds.

Regular use of hands for assembly and inspection tasks.

Exposure to moderate noise and occasional contact with mechanical parts or chemicals.

PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, hair net, lab coat); closed-toe shoes required.
