Senior Manager, Application Development

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Application Dev Engineering - Telephony.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions

Lead project scope, schedule, and budget management, ensuring clear communication of progress and commitments

Oversee the work of third-party development teams and ensure compliance with standards and policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience

Knowledge of Contact Center environment and experience with AWS Connect

Experience with Application Development and Applications Architecture

Familiarity with DevOps industry best practices and Agile Software Development

Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
