Position Summary :

The General Superintendent oversees multiple project sites, supports field superintendents, and ensures consistent safety, quality, and production performance across all Iowa operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise field leaders across multiple job sites

Conduct site audits, scheduling reviews, and manpower planning

Support project sequencing, logistics, and production strategies

Lead field training and mentoring programs

Track performance metrics and provide leadership guidance

Qualifications :

10+ years commercial field supervision experience

Strong ability to manage multiple large-scale sites
