Position Summary

This role manages field execution, subcontractor performance, schedule adherence, and quality. The superintendent leads jobsite coordination and ensures safe and productive operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations and subcontractor activity.
• Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and safety records.
• Execute short-interval scheduling and coordinate material deliveries.
• Conduct quality inspections and verify compliance with project plans.
• Support project close-out, punch lists, and turnover.
