Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative II represents the face of the company to patients visiting for routine health needs or important diagnostic decisions.
• The PSR II collects high-quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.
• This role requires direct patient interaction, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explaining procedures clearly, and performing venipuncture safely, accurately and professionally.
• The PSR II demonstrates leadership behaviors, process excellence, confidentiality and accuracy.
• ssignments may include doctor's offices, patient service centers or other locations as business needs dictate.
