Key Responsibilities
Enters and processes accurate and timely orders utilizing EDI and order requirements
Ensures accurate entry by understanding client's items / policies for proper delivery
Supports administrative activities and maintains communication flow with Business Development Managers and support staff
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
Well-organized and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
