Position Overview : As a Project Executive specializing in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of project management. With a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule, you will utilize your extensive experience and expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of excellence in project management within the HVAC, sheet metal, and piping industry.

Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and client handover.
