We are seeking an Artist-in-Residence to join our healthcare team and bring comfort, connection, and expression to patients, families, and staff through the creative arts. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary care model, you’ll provide meaningful, therapeutic arts programming that meets patients where they are—emotionally, physically, and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, inclusive creative arts programming to patients, families, and hospital staff
• Use art to support emotional well-being, communication, and expression in diverse clinical environments
• Build rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds, ages, and abilities
• Adapt artistic interactions based on the patient’s mood, condition, environment, and energy
• Collaborate as a valued member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and creative problem-solving in all patient interactions
