Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE : INLOT).

The Role :

As a Bartender you will be mixing and serving beverages for customers according to established guest service standards.

Responsibilities :

• Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Serving customers as part of a team by anticipating their needs initiating conversation offering assistance and advice and remembering that the customer is always right
• Greeting guests immediately
• Taking drink and / or food orders from customers or beverage servers
• Collecting payment and follows cash handling procedures
• Ordering or requisitions liquors and supplies
• Washing glasses
• Maintaining clean and sanitary bar area
• Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
• Resolving guest complaints
• Taking breaks only when approved by the Manager
• Keeping a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
