Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a well-seasoned Branch & Business Development Manager at our Bow, NH branch.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business needs.

Salary based on level of experience

Branch & Business Development Manager : $58,000 - $75,000

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
  • Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
  • Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Three to five years of banking experience required with prior supervisory experience
  • Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
  • Previous experience with business development and / or sales
  • Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch
  • Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed
