Key Responsibilities :
Lead financial reporting process for multiple entities and consolidationsManage and review month-end close activities, reconciliations and journal entriesOversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data for multiple entities.Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to provide insights into trends and business unit performance.Lead, train, and mentor team members - fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Assist with internal controls, audits, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.Support the Controller and CFO with ad hoc analysis and special projects.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA a plus.10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with manufacturing and international exposure.5 years of experience managing a team.Strong understanding of GAAP, intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.Experience using larger ERP systems and advanced ExcelExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Enjoys mentoring and developing others while maintaining a hands-on approach.Salary : $150K-170K
