About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Health Distribution Strategy to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency within the health brokerage organization. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the strategic vision is translated into actionable plans that align with the needs of both the centralized health business and the broader affiliate population. The successful candidate will be a key representative of leadership, maintaining a high level of professionalism and strategic insight, and will be expected to partner with various business functions to support seamless execution of shared priorities.
Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's or MBA preferred, and at least 7 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or consulting, ideally within a complex environment such as health insurance or brokerage. The role requires a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building alignment across business units. The VP will be responsible for driving collaboration, facilitating the development of strategic roadmaps, and mentoring junior staff. Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential, with familiarity in Tableau and Jira being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an operational mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a bias for action.
