General Office Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks and requires a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have experience handling sensitive information and supporting office operations efficiently. Hours 9 : 00-4 : 00pm on Monday 11 / 10 and Wednesday 11 / 12.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and organize envelopes for mailing, ensuring all materials are accurately included.
- Verify donor-specific information and personal notes with a high level of precision.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data related to past contributions.
- Perform scanning and document management tasks to support office operations.
- Assist in organizing and filing documents for easy accessibility.
- Provide back-office support, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in materials or documentation.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements :
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.Proficiency in scanning and document management systems.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Familiarity with data entry processes and tools.Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.Basic computer skills, including knowledge of office software applications.
