Job descriptionLead month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Maintain general ledger integrity and perform reconciliations and variance analysis. Prepare and analyze project gross margins, cost of sales, and profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for regional operations. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Maintain ERP master data and support system improvements. Collaborate with AP to ensure accurate invoice coding and vendor payments. Assist with audits, tax filings, and fixed asset management. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a plant or project-based environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting, project accounting, and ERP systems (Viewpoint Vista preferred). Experience in industrial services, construction, or maintenance projects is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Project Cost Accountant (ASC 606 Experience Required)
Salary : $105K - $115K + Discretionary Bonus
