Quality Assurance Statistical Process Control Specialist

Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist, Change Management Location : Souderton, PA Hours / Schedule : M–F, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (First Shift) Compensation : $65,000-$78,000 annually Type : Contract-to-Hire Overview A growing food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, Change Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives within their QA team.

This role is a great opportunity for a mid-level quality professional to establish new quality processes, implement root cause analysis protocols, and directly impact operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to assess and review current protocols.

Perform root cause analyses on quality issues, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare action plans.

Develop, design, and implement statistical process control charts and other statistical tools to monitor processes.

Lead change management initiatives and create new quality protocols based on findings.

Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.

2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance; experience in the food or beverage industry highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement change management.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Must be a self-starter with the ability to build processes from the ground up.

Proficient with statistical tools and Quality Management Systems.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
