What You’ll Do

• Design and refine event-driven automated campaigns, supporting both online and in-store client engagement.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of campaign development, collaborating with internal teams including CRM, content, product, analytics, development, and external partners to execute client-centric automated strategies across the entire customer journey.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of the client messaging journey across email and mobile communication channels.
• Ensure flawless operational execution by proofreading, testing, and quality assuring all campaign elements, verifying linking strategies and content accuracy across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, working with appropriate partners for swift resolution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Champion the best possible client experience with a client-centric mindset.
• Monitor and report on the performance of automated programs, highlighting key achievements and providing data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
