Position Overview

We are looking forward-thinking IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive innovation at Mt. Hood Meadows. In this year-round, salaried role, you'll oversee all IT infrastructure, data security, systems support, and network operations across the resort. You\'ll manage a dedicated team, collaborate with leadership on long-term strategy, and help implement technology that elevates both guest experience and internal efficiency. If you\'re a hands-on leader with a passion for problem-solving, team development, and keeping systems running smoothly, even at 7,000 feet, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a dynamic mountain environment.

This is a Full-Time, Year-Round Benefitted position

Qualifications and Experience :

• 19 years of age or older for company insurance purposes
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass driving background record check
• Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated computer and network problem solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience repairing computers and IT equipment
• Solid understanding desktop operating systems and business applications (point of sale, efficiency and teamwork software, etc.)
• Understanding of WAN, LAN, telephony, server, storage and security technologies and standard methodologies
• Ability to balance and prioritize a heavy workload of tasks
• Excellent communication skills over multiple communication channels : email, slack, phone and in-person. Must be comfortable public speaking and presenting
• Availability to work weekends and holidays in all seasons and flex schedule / hours to meet resort needs
• Employment in this position is subject to satisfactory background screening
