Capability Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational business requirements and technology needs

Align business and product strategy while managing the capability portfolio across its lifecycle

Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and operational partners to ensure successful product delivery

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance data analysis

Experience influencing performance in both direct and matrixed environments

Ability to develop program artifacts such as project plans and financial assessments

Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and initiative

Proven critical thinking and analytical skills
