Job descriptionNo call! Enjoy predictable schedules with four 10-hour shifts Be part of a mission-driven care team in a Level II Trauma setting Grow your skill set with neurosurgical anesthesia & spinal anesthesia Work with a supportive team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff Make impact daily—approximately 50 surgical cases per day department-wide Provide meaningful care across ENT, general surgery, neurosurgery, pediatrics, OB / GYN , and more Thrive in a modern environment using Epic EMR Build a wide professional network by collaborating with different healthcare teams, opening doors for future career prospects and collaborations. Contribute to global health initiatives by participating in international locum assignments, addressing healthcare disparities and supporting healthcare infrastructure development. 🩺 What You’ll Do
Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care for pediatric and adult surgical patients
Provide anesthesia for neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia
Monitor ventilation, airway status, hemodynamics, and all critical functions throughout surgery
Participate in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient monitoring
Perform emergency airway management, including intubation if required
Collaborate in a supportive, team-oriented anesthesia model
Rotate through multiple ORs with steady procedural demand
⭐ What We’re Looking For
Board Certified CRNA
Active Michigan License
ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA)
At least 1 year of CRNA experience
Clean background, no employment gaps
Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality anesthesia care
Full-time or part-time availability (full-time preferred)
