Beast Mode Truckin is thrilled to invite new talent to join our team as we look for Class A CDL Regional Drivers! This opportunity is ideal for recent CDL graduates who are excited to begin their trucking careers in a supportive and encouraging setting. Enjoy the fulfillment of safely transporting goods along regional routes while benefiting from a healthy mix of home time and driving. Earn a competitive weekly salary of $1200 or more!

Key Responsibilities

Running lanes are the 11 Western Regional
100% No Touch Reefer freight
Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience.
Home time every 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset
The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Miles a week is 1800-2200.

Requirements

Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.

Must be 21 with a Valid Class A CDL

Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.

Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason.

No DUI's, felonies, misdemeanors in the last 5 years

Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.

Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.

Must live within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ

Benefits

$1200 weekly average

45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale

Experienced drivers.46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.

$650 week training pay (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months exp

$15 stop pay.

Monthly Bonus

Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
